Just call us any time. If we are unable to answer the phone, just leave the details of the class/session you’d like, and we’ll get straight back to you. Alternatively, you can use the contact form.

How do I pay?
We accept cash, BACS payments, PayPal and all major credit cards and debit cards with the exception of AMEX.
All treatments and classes are payable in advance.
Please note that debit/credit cards and PayPal transactions will incur a 4% surcharge.
What’s your cancellation policy?
If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice by phone or email. If your call is outside of our business hours, or a representative is unavailable, you can leave a message. Unfortunately, if notice is less than 24 hours we are unable to issue a refund.
Is there an expiration date on treatments and classes?
Yes. For pre-paid bookings of 10 sessions, there is a 12 week expiration period. This begins from your first session. We do this to ensure that you get the maximum benefit from your treatments/classes. Sessions that are not used within 12 weeks become void.
Are any of the sessions transferrable?
Unfortunately not, though we do offer gift vouchers.
