Iris Health Studio | FAQs

Should I expect any side effects after a treatment session?

It’s possible that you may feel a little tender after your treatment. However, if you are concerned or are experiencing any sickness or dizziness, please give us a call on. We’re always happy to follow up a session with some post-treatment advice.

What is your cancellation policy?

Whilst we appreciate that sometimes priorities can change, we do require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations without the required notice period will incur a cancellation fee – the full cost of the session. If you want to cancel your appointment outside of our opening hours please leave a voice message or use the contact form.

What is your policy regarding lateness?

Please arrive on time for your appointment as we will not be able to extend treatment times for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will mark it as a ‘missed’ appointment.

How do I know what treatment I need?

We are here to give you all the help and guidance you need. If you are unsure, don’t hesitate to call us and we’ll talk you through your options. If required, we can put you in touch with a practitioner who can answer any questions in more detail.

Can I use my insurance cover at Iris Health Studio?

At this present time Iris Health Studio is not registered with insurance companies. This may change in the future.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, we sell gift vouchers for specific treatments or monetary values. Please contact us to buy one. All vouchers are valid for 4 months from the date of purchase.

Do you accept referrals?

Yes, although it is not necessary.

Whether you are referred or not, we always recommend bringing any test results you may have along to your appointment. This will enable your practitioner to have as clear a picture as possible about your current health status.

Will I have to get undressed? What should I wear?

We would suggest that you wear clothing that you can easily move in, as your practitioner may want to assess you in motion. Please be aware that, dependent on the issue, you may be asked to remove some items of clothing.

If you remove any jewellery or items of clothing during your treatment, please ensure that you take your belongings with you at the end of your appointment as we cannot be held responsible for lost property.

What if you are unable to help me?

We focus on continuity of care, so we will advise you on the best course of action for your needs during and after treatment; even if this means referring you elsewhere.

How do I book an appointment?

Please call the studio during opening hours or use the contact form, and a member of our team will contact you as soon as possible.

What are your opening hours?

  • Monday – Saturday: 7:00am to 9:00pm
  • Sunday: By appointment.

How long will my appointment last?

Appointments last between 60 to 90 minutes, including the initial assessments, depending on the nature of your condition or chosen treatment/classes.

How many treatment sessions will I require?

Your clinician will advise you on the treatment course following an assessment. This may be subject to review depending on your progress throughout your treatment.

Do you have parking spaces at the studio?

We have limited free parking directly in front of the studio. However, there is free parking just a short distance away.
